Location & Facilities

Located just a short drive from Geelong, Saint Ignatius College is set in rural hinter land of the Bellarine Peninusla giving it a unique aspect.

The College has undergone a dynamic building program since its establishment and boasts some of the most advance buildings of any school in the Geelong area and building continues with a new Year 9 building and Gymnasium slated for construction in 2018 - 2019.

    Meet the Team event on December 11th

    The Drysdale Bypass project team along with our construction contractor Decmil, is hosting a “Meet the Team” event on December 11, 2018, between 2pm and 7pm.

    This event is designed to allow people to pop in between these hours and ask any questions of the project team, whether that’s MRPA or our contractor Decmil. See flyer attached here for more details: Meet the Team event PDF

    October 26th: Haulage route for the Drysdale Bypass - increased truck traffic

    October 25th: Temporary closure of Whitcombes Rd

    October 25th: Permanent local road closures (Clarendon Rd, Huntingdon St and Buccleugh St)

  • New Year 9 Centre and Gymnasium

    New Year 9 Centre and Gymnasium

    A new state of the art Year 9 Centre and double basketball court size Gymnasium will commence construction in mid 2018 with completion expected in 2019.

    Located above the current College these new building will further enhance Saint Ignatius College's facilities and what the College is able to offer students.
