New Buildings Update

Our new Year 9 Centre and Multi-purpose Hall are on track to open at the start of Term 3 2019 with the estimated completion date July 31st. The builders, CICG, have been providing us with regular updates and works are progressing well and to schedule.

Currently CICG are doing the following:

Year 9 Centre

Windows doors and trims ongoing
Epoxy floors completion
External Drainage ongoing
Carpentry fix ongoing
Painting completed
Ceilingframingcommenced

Multi-purpose Hall

Carpentry framing and facades ongoing
All services rough in works ongoing
Internal lining commenced
External cladding ongoing
Games Hall Ceiling ongoing
Plaster lining commenced

Work to be undertaken in the next week or so:

Year 9 Centre

Classroom ceilings completed
Window frames and glazing completed
Carpentry fit off ongoing
Pinboards and whiteboards commenced
Toilet partitions
External pavement commenced

Façade cladding ongoing
