On Wednesday night, a group of our talented students - Heidi B, Blake M, Chloe V, Troy S, Luke M, and Grace T - took to the stage at the Barwon Club to compete in a Battle of the Bands event organised by the Belmont High School VET Music class.
The band showcased a dynamic setlist and impressed the crowd with their energy, skill, and teamwork. Over the past weeks, the students have been working hard at school to refine their sound and develop as a cohesive group, and their dedication shone through on stage.
We are thrilled to share that our students were awarded first place in the competition, winning valuable recording time in a professional studio. This is an outstanding achievement, and we are incredibly proud of their efforts and success.
Well done to Heidi, Blake, Chloe, Troy, Luke, and Grace!
