Alumni Sports coaching program

Opportunity for our “ Old Ignatians” alumni to work with our students.

A call to any former students who are interested in or managing/coaching our college sporting teams or tutoring current students, both for a generous
hourly rate. Andrew Philp, Director of SICG Sport has spoken very highly of our alumni Sports coaches,
“We did VERY well with past students last year. There were around 7-10 former students I used on a casual basis last year and all have indicated that they would love to do it again. More than happy to receive any expressions of interest “.

You will need to obtain and submit a “Working with Children Check”.

Include:

  • Your name and contact details: address, home phone number, mobile phone number and email address.
  • Year you left the College,
  • What teams you would be interested and have the skills in coaching.
  • When you would NOT be available.
  • What teams you currently play for.
  • What teams have you have played for in the past.
  • What you are currently studying now or working now.

Email your name, year left college, contact details and sporting strengths and experience, coaching experience if any, and interests to philpa@ignatius.vic.edu.au who, when and if in need of a coach in your area, will be able to make contact and any arrangements with you.
