Helping you have “the talk”. A seminar for parents and teachers

Join us to learn about the warning signs and how to have “the talk” from Bethany Community Support Educator Carla Scott & guest speaker who has experienced gambling harm.

Did you know:

  • Up to 80% of 13–17 year olds gamble.
  • Teens are actively groomed to gamble through popular video games, social networking sites and apps, this normalises gambling in young peoples minds.
  • Teens are 4 times more likely to develop gambling problems then adults
  • Early detection can literally help save young people’s lives
